Curriculum vitae

Uziel Zontag has nearly 20 years of experience in business development and project management. Uziel Zontag is an expert in creating value while founding new business infrastructure/vehicles from scratch. The main focus of Uziel is digitalization and in the past years he personally took part and led organization in areas such as ag-tech water management and Industry 4.0. Uziel consults to several German industrial organizations where he specializes in enabling innovation and lucrative startups offerings to German SMEs and large companies.

Within his activities he led investments in several Israeli start-ups serving as the ‘bridge’ between the startups and the German and Dutch strategic investors, Uziel has specific market knowhow, achievements and in-depth understanding in industrial automation and robotics, area in which he created the digital strategy to one of Germany market leaders in creating production lines, Uziel Zontag lives in Germany and acted out of Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands most of his career. He studied in Lausanne Switzerland to achieve his Master in Business Administration (MBA) at IMD one of the top MBA programs in the World. Furthermore, he has a combined Bachelor of Laws and IT with honor earlier in his career.

Dr. Anat Lea Bonshtien is the Former Chairwoman and Director of the Smart Mobility Initiative at Israel’s Prime Minister Office. The initiatives coordinated the activities of 11 government ministries and agencies around placing Israel as a hub of technology and know-how in the fields of smart mobility and fuel alternatives.

Under the initiative, Dr. Bonshtien headed the annual Smart Mobility Summit and served in the Board of Directors of EcoMotion smart mobility community and the Israeli Smart Transportation Academic Center. Currently, Dr. Bonshtien serves as the VP for Bus Devision at City Transformer. She is also in the advisory board of a couple of Israeli Start-ups and organizations in the area of smart mobility and smart cities. Dr. Bonshtien holds a MSc and a PhD in Biochemistry from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.

Achiad Alter specialized in strategic business partnerships within the Hi-Tech sector and their related go to market strategies. With over a decade of intimate acquaintance with the Israeli industry and actively promoting the Israeli ecosystem around the world, he established close relationships with international business companies and organizations and helped them to engage with Israeli technologies.

Achiad Alter is the co-founder of Validize, a platform that supports companies and business partners around the world with easy access to Israeli cyber security solutions. Previously, Achiad Alter founded the Cyber Security Unit at the Israel Export Institute, a joint-venture between the Israel Export Institute, the Ministry of Economy, and the Israeli National Cyber Directorate. In that role, he worked with hundreds of Israeli cyber companies and startups supporting their business needs, as well as with dozens of multinational companies helping them build partnerships with Israeli technology.

Stefan Bley has been advising SMEs for more than 30 years and specifically in the area of Industry 4.0 for more than 10 years. The most important first step is always to create clarity about which goals are to be achieved with digitization in the short, medium and long term. This has also been shown again in initial discussions in the role as Digi Mentor. Creating orientation, setting the right focus, and then quickly and unbureaucratically bringing together the right solution providers in the Smart Production network of almost 50+ partners and many others in the metropolitan region - that is one of the central tasks in which Stefan Bley can help as a Digi Mentor to start the concrete implementation at eye level in B2B with the SMEs.

Felix Kollmar is co-founder and CEO of CloudRail. He studied communications engineering in Mannheim and went through several leadership positions, mainly in young technology companies in the cloud and IoT industry. With his company CloudRail, he creates important bridges between IT and OT and is considered a thought leader of IIoT.

Entrepreneur, Germany Representative of the Israeli start-up Chakratec and owner of ees Tübingen, an independent energy and engineering consulting office from Tübingen providing cost-effective sustainable energy solutions for industries and trades. Since the successful implementation of the "Tübingen Energy Day", innovative solutions for e-mobility have been an important field of activity. The introduction of Chakratec’s kinetic power booster to the German market is an important contribution to the EV revolution enabling fast charging anywhere. It is another chapter of the success story when innovation from Israel meets German engineering.

Jan-Hendrik Ernst is an energy transition professional with 12+ years of experience in Engineering/ Sales/ Application Engineering, with products/ systems/ solutions for international B2B energy markets, in various industrial areas (power grid, renewable, industrial, transportation & telecoms). Jan-Hendrik Ernst is passionate about a more sustainable energy future and therefore happy to be with GenCell to support the energy transition and to provide green power to humanity.

Dr. Jochen Haller holds a diploma in business administration from the University of Mannheim. He has held several top management positions in fast-growing technology companies. He is expert in the areas of corporate development, sales and finance / venture capital.

Galia Kedmi is a leading Strategy & Corporate Development Executive. She has over 20 years of experience in early-stage startups as well as in Fortune 500 corporations. Galia is a MAMRAM graduate (the Israel Defense Force’s computer science center), has a B.A. in Management & Computer Science and an MBA (Dean’s list). In 2022, Galia was named to the “Top Women in Industry 4.0” list acknowledging her dedication and commitment to strengthening the Industry 4.0 community in Israel and abroad.

Galia brings her vast experience in strategic planning and scaling to businesses and entrepreneurs. She focuses on global reach and strategic partnerships, leads business development activities, and translates innovation to success. Her previous positions include: New Strategic Ventures Director at SanDisk, GM Europe at SRL Group, Head of Global Partnerships at Karhoo and Co-Founder of multiple start-ups. Galia initiated and leads a Junior Entrepreneurship Program which combines high-school students and key ecosystem stakeholders.

Galia is the Head of Entrepreneurship at the leading education network in Israel and Co-founder of the Youth Academy and Incubation Center. As the Chief Operations Officer of 3d Signals, Galia is responsible for developing growth strategies, expanding into new territories and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Alexander Köberlein has been supporting the Corporate Venture Capital Unit of the STIHL Group as an analyst for a total of almost three years.

During his bachelor's degree in media management at Stuttgart Media University, Alexander already focused on the topics of management and entrepreneurship. His interest in startups and the field of investments moved him to accept a position as an intern and then working student at STIHL Digital in 2019 to further his education in this area. Since September 2021, Alexander has been a permanent member of the STIHL Digital team as an analyst. Last year, he was able to gain further experience as a Visiting Analyst at Emerald Technology Ventures.

Matthias Kruse heads the International Department of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Rhein-Neckar (IHK) and is Co-Speaker of Foreign Affairs for the Association of Chambers and Commerce and Industry Baden-Württemberg (BWIHKs). The BWIHKs support Grownups, Scaleups and Startups alike on a constant basis in further developing their international business.

Aviv Levin is with more than ten years of experience in product leadership co-founder & CPO at YOUTILIGENT, a startup that aims to disrupt the professional equipment market by adding an AI layer to any machine. YOUTILIGENT developed an EaaS solution that empowers manufacturers and owners as we believe EaaS is the most significant business opportunity and challenge for both

Dr. Tamar Moise heads the Climate Programs at PLANETech – the innovation community for Climate technologies. She brings her experience in science and technology, innovations, multi-stakeholder engagement and business sustainability to the development of Climate Programs to expand the innovation community of the Israeli and global climate tech ecosystem in order to meet the challenges of decarbonization and adaptation to climate change.

Dr. Ingo Ramesohl has been the Managing Director of Robert Bosch Venture Capital GmbH since March 1, 2015. From 1989 he studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Technology Aachen, closed with a Diploma degree in 1994 and graduated from the University of Technology Aachen as Ph.D. of Engineering (Institute of Electrical Machines).

Sigrid Rögner studied business administration and worked for several years as a controller in the health sector. She has been enthusiastic about the high-tech start-up environment since 2002. First she worked as a start-up incubator at Heilbronn University. Later as managing director of venture forum neckar e.V., an investor network in the Heilbronn area. As managing director of acceed 4.0, an early-stage investment company for medium-sized companies, she acquired start-ups, initiated cooperations and managed the investments. Since 2018, she has been responsible for start-ups and business innovation at IDS Imaging Development Systems GmbH. Her tasks include cooperations with start-ups and innovative networks, but also the development of new business models, such as the IDS marketplace visionpier.

Yair Rudick is a business development and sales professional who is leading Galooli’s sales development in Central and Eastern Europe as an Account Executive. His background is in innovation and energy tech. In his career, he has worked in several industries including renewable energy technologies and consulting for multi-national research projects. Yair holds a degree in International Relations and Government from Reichman University and is passionate about cleantech and sustainability-focused innovation.

Silvestro Russo is an electrical systems professional and energy transition thought leader. He has been holding various technical, strategic, and commercial leadership roles in the energy management and hydrogen industry. He holds a MSc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Manchester (UK) and nearly 20 years of experience in the energy field. Silvestro Russo is a board member of the African Hydrogen Partnership (AHP) representing the private sector in the continent-wide trade association.

Uwe brings 20-plus years of experience in global marketing, sales, and consulting executive leadership with expertise in high growth companies and enterprise technology to GOARC. Prior to his current position, Uwe was a Group Vice President at Sphera Solutions leading all sales teams in EMEA and APAC. Uwe has also held a variety of leadership roles running marketing, sales, channels, customer success management and delivery functions at Wolters Kluwer, Seal Software (DocuSign), and IBM to name a few. Uwe received his MA in Business Administration and Information Management from the Siemens University in Bonn.

Michel Weinberg was born in Belgium in 1959 and grew up in Germany. After studying economics and political science in Tel Aviv, he worked for many years in the private sector. Since 1995 he has been Deputy Director of the AHK Israel and since 2011 Deputy Chairman of the Israeli-German Society (IDG). He lectures regularly on topics related to Israel's economy, society and politics.
